Owner and founder, Jennifer J. Thomas is a Catholic wife and mother with a passion for helping others. After earning her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2019, she began working towards her lifelong dream of forming her own consulting business.

In January, 2024 her dream became a reality and thus, Thomas Fusion LLC was formed. Jennifer went on to become a Certified Facilitator of The Working Genius Assessment Tool and The Five Behaviors Assessment Tool. She incorporates her knowledge in Organizational Psychology and years of experience creating and coordinating training and development, facilitating workshops, and team building as the foundation for Thomas Fusion.
